Inagea and UIB study changes to adapt Balearic wines to the drought

A team of researchers from the Institute for Agro-environmental Research and Water Economics (INAGEA-UIB) and the Laboratory for Agricultural Innovation (LIA) of the University of the Balearic Islands has initiated a study with the aim of adapting the wines of the Binissalem Designation of Origin to the needs of the market in a context of drought and climate change.
