Description: The real-time PCR thermal cycler enables specific DNA sequences to be amplified and quantified in real time, using fluorescent probes.

  • A thermoblock for 96 samples, reaction volume from 0 to 100 μl
  • Temperature range: 0–100 ºC
  • Peltier system to control temperature, precision and uniformity of ±0.1 °C
  • Gradient range: 1–40 ºC
  • Software functions: qualitative analysis, absolute and relative quantification, genotyping analysis, endpoint and melting curve
  • Compatible with Windows 7 and 10.
